Webfilehosting.com offers a free file hosting service that gives you complete control of the life of your uploaded files. When you upload a file your file has a life of 365 days.
If you want your file to stay longer all you need to do is make sure your file is downloaded at least 1 time monthly after the 365 day period. We allow files of 1GiG each in size and allow you to publish your uploaded files for others.
